Brushetta

I don't know about you but I am so ready for fresh tomatoes!
Here is a simple recipe for making Brushetta.
1 ready to eat pizza crust or I also saw a recipe showing cooking ready to use pizza dough on the grill, looked great!
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup diced tomato
8 fresh basil leaves, sliced thin in strips ( 2 teas. dried or crushed)
salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375*
Toss together cheese garlic, tomato bail salt & pepper.
Spread mixture on the top of bread. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375* for 8-10 min or until cheese is melted.
Cut & Serve
Also you can spread Pesto(my favorite) on the bottom before adding ingredients but lighten the basil and garlic if you add pesto.
