Well the time has come that I am becoming frantic to get my house cleaned and food prepared. Company is coming in tonight about 9-10pm, so I do have all day (except for the 2-3hr babysitting I promised a friend). I also have a guy coming to set us up with a DVR, I guess we are ready to join the rest of the world and have TV we can record. Well he comes in the afternoon. And my laundry room, well I can barely push open the door! So you see where I am standing on Thanksgiving Eve. OH the wonderful panic of the holidays! :o) Not really!
This year I am just to do what I can and this is who I am! Today, I am going to cook and clean like nobodies business but come early evening I am done until company leaves. I am going to enjoy myself and my company. And most of all, I AM going to be Thankful for all the beauties in my life, like cleaning a house because I have one to clean. The heat, that all I have to do is push a button and it comes on, I don't have to go and cut wood. I am thankful that I can cook for my family because we have food to eat. And that I walk & talk & smell & taste and that I am not deformed or that all of my family is healthy. Don't let this year go by in your home without stopping and realizing all that we have and Thank God for blessing you and your family.
