Well we have started a new school year! Did everybody get their kids off ok this morning?? I know I was not ready for school to start, back to getting everybody in bed at a time and getting everybody up early! I like the summer hours much better, personally!
Well time to get the calendar out and start filling in all those great field trips for you home schoolers or for you Moms that have young kids and can get away with field trip days!
First, I found on Sept 25, 2009 the Central Washington State Fair will have admission for only $1.00 per person, this is called KIMA TV "Dollar Day"!! I love this! We did this last year and it was great fun for all! AND Five and under are FREE! This price is good from 11Am to 3PM. Parking all day for $6.00

Then the following day Sept. 26, 2009 the Smithsonian Musuems will be having a free admission day but first you need to sign up to receive a card for admission but there are many all over the nation so make sure to share this idea with others. And again, this is a month from now, plenty of time to plan a weekend!
