I went to Arby's yesterday and ordered the 'Wednesday Special' and the girl at the counter did not know about it and the manager told me 'I think you need a coupon' and I replied 'no coupon necessary' and I received my free sandwich and I had another friend, that went to a different Arby's and they had signs advertising it. So try it or even print it out and carry it with you!
